Amelie Lens Returns To Exhale With Two-Track EP 'Serenity'

Two tracks pull in opposite directions, and it follows a meditation-themed single on the same label.

A tightly wound groove opens the record, stripped back into a melody that never lets the pressure ease.

Amelie Lens released ‘Serenity’ on 16 May 2025, out now via Exhale, which has built a reputation spotlighting rising techno talent through a steady run of compilations. It is a statement release, and a solo one. She’s become one of techno’s most reliable headline draws.

“I wanted to show the pull between calm and chaos,” Lens said of the EP.

That pull runs through her year as much as the record: Coachella, Time Warp, Fabrik Madrid and Hï Ibiza’s opening party all came before ‘Serenity’ arrived, in one of the busiest stretches of her career so far. It follows ‘Breathe (Nature Meditation Soundscape),’ her previous release on Exhale.

The EP’s second track, ‘Club Of Extremes,’ turns darker and rawer, moving away from the melody of ‘Serenity.’
