Amelie Lens returns to Exhale with 'Feel It'

Her first release of the year lands on her own label, following a stretch spent curating rather than releasing.

Amelie Lens closed out last year with ‘Affection’ and a curated, fifteen-track EXHALE compilation, and ‘Feel It’ arrives now as her first release of 2023.

“The vocals on this track are special, as they truly describe how I feel about connecting with music,” Amelie Lens said. “I have always been a raver at heart, so when I say come dance with me, I mean it! Seeing so many familiar faces on the dancefloor this summer will bring a smile to my face.”

The record’s pace is furious and propulsive, and it’s her own vocal that carries most of the hook, catchy enough to be the thing that sticks after one listen.

It follows ‘Addicted To Bass,’ the newest thing she’d released, and it’s part of a run on Exhale that stretches back to 2016.

Exhale’s also lining up an eight-week residency at DC-10 this summer, running every Wednesday from 26 July, which brings the label back to the island with other techno acts joining her across the run.

‘Feel It’ lands as a single track on Exhale. It’s out now.
