Agents Of Time return to Afterlife with 'Northern Lights'
The Italian duo return to Afterlife, following 'Spread the Word' as their most recent release anywhere.
Agents Of Time have returned to Afterlife, the label they’ve called home since 2018, with ‘The Mirage,’ a two-track EP that pairs its title cut with ‘Northern Lights.’
Both new tracks lean heartfelt, which is a fair trade for a duo this far into a career, since chasing a bigger hook gets old fast. That’s probably why the reputation has held up this long. Agents Of Time have been releasing music since 2014.
‘Northern Lights’ follows ‘Spread the Word,’ the newest thing the pair had put out. ‘Midnight Drive in Santiago’ was their last release on Afterlife specifically.
A two-track release like this rarely gets more than a passing mention, but it’s a reminder that a record doesn’t need to be an event to be worth a listen. Following its release, the track sits at 122 BPM, out now via Afterlife.
