Lunar Plane return to Stil Vor Talent Records with Waiting
The identical twin duo follows Aegean with a three-track EP that swings between the record's darkest and warmest corners.
An identical twin duo who’ve called Stil Vor Talent Records home since 2019, Lunar Plane return with a three-track EP called ‘Waiting,’ out May 26.
It follows Aegean, the duo’s previous outing on the label, marking a long-awaited return for the pair.
The title track opens the release, and two more tracks round out the EP.
‘Je Danse,’ featuring Sezer Uysal, leans into a darker, hypnotic corner of the duo’s sound. The vocals carry most of the weight, pulling the track toward something more unsettled and mysterious than the rest of the record.
‘Above’ closes the EP by pairing the duo’s melancholic and upbeat instincts in one track. It’s the kind of closer that holds both moods at once instead of settling on one, and it makes the EP a tidy summary of what keeps the duo’s records worth returning to.
