Anyma releases Pictures Of You

Chris Avantgarde was Anyma’s last collaborator, on the futuristic-themed single Simulation; now Anyma returns alone, with a new single called Pictures Of You, out via Anyma, Afterlife and Interscope Records.

The track marks a return to the euphoric register his fans expect. It’s landing as his first single since 2023, the biggest year of his career yet, built around his debut album Genesys. That’s a hard pace to keep up, and Pictures Of You suggests he isn’t slowing down anytime soon.

The voice and lyrics come across as warm and easy to remember, though the vocalist behind them remains unnamed. It’s a tighter, more song-shaped moment than a lot of what he’s put out lately, built to work as a standalone single and not just as album filler.

The single’s artwork comes from video artist Tobias Gremmler, whose visuals were specially curated to run alongside the track from the moment it went up. It’s a striking pairing.
