Nora En Pure lightens up on We Found Love

After a year spent deep in the club-focused, nature-inspired sound of her Polynesia EP, Nora En Pure returns with something lighter: a new single called We Found Love, out now via Spinnin’ Records and featuring Ashibah on vocals.

The South African-Swiss producer was born Daniela Di Lillo, and this one doesn’t chase the deeper, moodier textures of that EP. Ashibah’s vocal sits over a soft, rolling beat, and the track leans toward something more uplifting than moody, closer to the pop side of her catalogue than she’s shown before.

It’s the follow-up to Tears In Your Eyes, a release that passed thirteen million streams on Spotify alone. Nora En Pure is also confirmed for Coachella and Ultra Music Festival this year, two of the biggest stops on the festival calendar.

She’s also signed on for a new EP series due later this year, part of what looks like an accelerating stretch for her catalogue. It comes on top of a run of outside collaborations across the past few years.

Ashibah, who’s Danish and Egyptian, carries the track’s hook.
