David Ramano Returns to When Stars Align With 'Pleasure'
David Ramano returns to When Stars Align with a three-track EP that moves from a sunlit opener into deeper club territory and back out.
Raised in London’s underground scene, David Ramano built his name across clubs and radio before landing his new Afro House EP, ‘Pleasure,’ on When Stars Align.
David Ramano’s roots trace back to the pirate radio scene of the 1990s. Sets across the UK, Spain, Sweden and Canada followed. That’s years spent in clubs and on radio, building toward a catalogue that’s now past two million streams.
The EP marks a return to When Stars Align, the label he’s called home since 2024, following ‘The Journey Of Love EP.’ It’s built from warm chord work, detailed drum programming and layered vocal parts, swinging between brighter Afro House moments, heavier rhythmic stretches and lighter melodic runs that suit both daytime sets and late-night rooms. The title track carries warm piano lines and thick synth work under airy vocals. A groove built for golden-hour listening.
It’s a three-track release: ‘Pleasure’ opens on that daytime feel, ‘Broken’ turns toward deeper club territory, and ‘My Eyes’ closes things on a more uplifting note.
